Our classes are accessible to all levels of ability. If you are new to yoga, please introduce yourself to your instructor. This will enable them to assist you and will result in a more enjoyable experience. Our professional instructors will help you adapt any class to your level, and we encourage you to go at your own pace as you become accustomed to the postures and breathing disciplines. Given the need for focus and quiet during a class, please ensure that all participants are at least 12 years of age. Any participant under the age of 18 will need a parent/guardian to sign a waiver. Please let your instructor know about any health concerns before you start class. Check with your physician before starting any new exercise regime.
