Our Personal Training sessions are tailored to you and your goals. You can expect to achieve increases in Strength, Endurance, Balance, Coordination and Cardiovascular Endurance through your commitment to personalized training program. Our sessions are either 30 or 55 minutes led by one of our degreed and/or certified personal trainers. We have worked with clients ranging in age from 9-80 years old with diverse goals; sport/competition, weight loss, body composition change, fitness improvement and being better able to handle activities of daily living!



A private yoga session could be just what you need. Whether you have an injury, are recovering from one, want to get clarification on poses, are a beginner or want to deepen your practice...we can tailor a session to your needs.
