Fhiit Club is Fun, High Intensity Interval Training
Fhiit Club classes are high intensity interval training (hiit) workouts where we use intense periods of work alternated with short rest intervals to produce results. You can expect to lose weight and body fat, increase muscle definition, feel better and have more energy, all of this from workouts in a motivating, high-energy environment with great music and experienced Fhiit Coaches.
WHAT TO WEAR
You should wear comfortable exercise clothing and training sneakers. Avoid wearing any heavy jewelry. If you have long hair, you should tie it up so that it is secure but comfortable. We sell a wide variety of stylish activewear and accessories so that you can always look your best at the studio and around town.
HOW TO PREPARE
Please ensure you are well-hydrated before class starts, and bring along a water bottle to replenish fluids during the workout. Don't come to Fhiit Club on an empty stomach. Try to eat your last meal no less than 2 hours before class, but if you must eat quickly 30 minutes before the class have a healthy nutrition bar or shake with a little protein and carbohydrate.
We also offer an assortment of energy bars, fruit and coconut water for purchase.
We have changing rooms, locker and fully stocked showers and towels.We provide towels for your use in Fhiit Club. Please bring your own water bottle to fill with our delicious Brita filtered water.
If you are new to Fhiit Club, please arrive 10 minutes before your first class so that the instructor can orient you to the room and the workout for the day. Or feel free to book a private or small group session so we can help you get the most out of your workout. Call us at 908-221-1010 and we would be happy to make an appointment for you.
Take a spot in the middle of the studio so you'll be able to see the instructor and other students moving into postures in front of you. All of our instructors are experienced professionals accustomed to introducing beginners to the discipline.
NEW TO Fhiit Club?
Our classes are accessible to all levels of riders and easily adaptable to all fitness levels. Instructors will encourage you to give it your all, but you and only you are in control of weights you use and the effort you put in.
Any participant under the age of 18 will need a parent/guardian to sign a waiver.
Please let your instructor know about any pre-existing medical conditions or health concerns before you commence a class. You should check with your physician before starting any new exercise regime.
