Fhiit Club is a high intensity interval training (better known as HIIT) workout where we use intense periods of work, alternated with short rest intervals, to produce results. You can expect to lose weight, increase muscle definition, feel better and have more energy. Get it all in this motivating environment with great music and experienced trainers.

Foam Rolling or Self Myofascial Release (SMR) is a technique used to help muscle and connective tissue work better together so you move well, and feel good while doing it! Register for our FREE members only Foam Rolling class to experience the difference. Take the techniques from class and do on your own right before class (we have foam rollers!) or at home 3x a week or more for maximum benefits which include:
Look better/taller/thinner (Improved posture)
Move better and with less pain (Increase joint mobility and muscle extensibility)
Workout more often (Aid with recovery from workouts)
