Quantum physics tells us that everything is a vibrating energy, and just as a musical instrument falls out of tune, we also can fall out of tune. Sound therapy helps us shift from a lower vibrational frequency (negative energy, stress, anger, fear) to a higher one. The vibrations of the Himalayan Singing Bowls help us to remember our perfect tuning at the cellular level, creating harmony that radiates through the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.

Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat or blanket for the floor, and a small cushion for under the head. (Optional eye pillow and bolster for under the knees.)

The seven primary bowls are from a small village in Nepal fashioned in a tradition that has been passed down through the ages. They are made of a special seven-metal alloy of gold, silver, iron, mercury, tin, copper, and lead. Each metal represents the seven chakras and the seven ancient heavenly bodies. The craftsmen who hand-hammer the bowls chant into them during the process to infuse the bowls with healing intention.

Everyone’s experience is different. Clients have experienced relief from physical pain, (including headaches, sciatica, and bone pain), freedom from anxiety and stress and hot flashes, heightened intuition and inspiration, and deep relaxation. The positive healing effects are limitless!
Tibetan Protocols for Deep Relaxation, Healing and Balance are offered for Group Sessions. Participants are asked to focus on their personal intention for the session.
