MELT helps address postural misalignments, opens up joint space, helps your body heal, decreases inflammation, reconnects & calms the nervous system, while rehydrating the connective tissue system for better balance, circulation, alignment, and grace in your everyday activities.

This 90 minute master class is designed to give your entire body a deep and thorough massage. We will use MELT techniques and tools to release chronic tension and tightness in the fascia and muscles. Working systematically through various areas of the body, Jill will lead us through a series of simple movements using MELT therapy balls and a specialized foam roller. This method helps bring your body back to a more ideal state by directly enhancing body awareness, releasing and re-hydrating connective tissue, and quieting the nervous system.


No prior yoga experience needed. Suitable for all body types and ages. Balls and rollers will be provided for your use. Bring a yoga mat and water.

Dan Guerra, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist, executive coach, and mindfulness meditation instructor. He has over 20 years of experience helping others better understand the mind-body connection and to learn simple and powerful tools that promote well-being, relaxation, and effective management of stress. Dan has a private practice in Manhattan and travels internationally for public speaking engagements and executive coaching. A main focus of this work with others is discovering and acknowledging a person's already existing resources and strengths that can be leveraged for a psychology of health and well-being.
