This 90 minute master class is designed to give your entire body a deep and thorough massage. We will use MELT techniques and tools to release chronic tension and tightness in the fascia and muscles. Working systematically through various areas of the body, Jill will lead us through a series of simple movements using MELT therapy balls and a specialized foam roller. This method helps bring your body back to a more ideal state by directly enhancing body awareness, releasing and re-hydrating connective tissue, and quieting the nervous system.
No prior yoga experience needed. Suitable for all body types and ages. Balls and rollers will be provided for your use. Bring a yoga mat and water.
